Mirwaisuddin Saifi, born on June 15, 1958, is an Environmental Social Safeguard Adviser from Afghanistan. With a background in engineering from Kabul University, he has dedicated his career to ensuring the integration of environmental considerations into various development projects.

Mir Waisuddin has extensive experience, notably serving as an Environmental and Social Safeguards specialist with the Independent Directorate of Local Governance (IDLG) and UN-Habitat in Kabul province.
